6After section 69(2) of the [1976 c. 74.] Race Relations Act 1976 (evidence: Minister’s certificate as to national security, &c.) there shall be inserted—
“(2A)Subsection (2)(b) shall not have effect for the purposes of proceedings on a complaint under section 54.”
