46 E+W In section 55(3) of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (alteration of areas in Wales in connection with alteration of local government area), for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute “ the commission areas, petty sessions area or areas of magistrates’ courts committees in Wales. ”
