12In section 117 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (issues arising in proceedings), as substituted by paragraph 84 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Act 1998, in subsection (1)(c), after “Secretary of State” there is inserted “, the Inland Revenue”.
