In section 177 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (co-ordination with Northern Ireland), in subsection (3)(a), for “to make” there is substituted “to require the making by the Inland Revenue of”.

This paragraph shall cease to have effect on the commencement of the repeal by the Northern Ireland Act 1998 of section 177 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992.
