7 Consequential amendments and repeals. E+W+S

(1) The Schedule to this Act (consequential amendments) has effect.

(2) The following provisions are hereby repealed—

(a) paragraph 4(1)(d) and (e) of Schedule 2 to the M1 Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988, and

(b) paragraphs 53 and 75 of Schedule 4 to the M2 Road Traffic Act 1991.
