Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c.66)

For section 1 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 there is substituted—
1 Accountant in Bankruptcy.

The Accountant in Bankruptcy shall be appointed by the Scottish Ministers.

The Scottish Ministers may appoint a member of the staff of the Accountant in Bankruptcy to be Depute Accountant in Bankruptcy to exercise all of the functions of the Accountant in Bankruptcy at any time when the Accountant in Bankruptcy is unable to do so.
