Competition Act 1998

3 In section 10(3) of the Estate Agents Act 1979 (restriction on disclosure of information), in paragraph (a)—

(a) omit “or the [1976 c. 34.] Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976”; and

(b) after “the [1994 c. 21.] Coal Industry Act 1994”, insert “or the Competition Act 1998”.
