The Coal Industry Act 1994 (c. 21)

18 In section 59(4) of the Coal Industry Act 1994 (information to be kept confidential by the Coal Authority)—

(a) omit paragraphs (e) and (f); and

(b) after paragraph (m), insert—

“(n) the Competition Act 1998.”
