29 Appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.U.K.
In section 21(1) of the M1Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (appeal from employment tribunal to Employment Appeal Tribunal on question of law arising under or by virtue of the enactments there specified) after paragraph (f) there shall be inserted—
“(ff)the National Minimum Wage Act 1998, or”.
