99 (1) Section 40 (power of Secretary of State to direct carrying out of programme agreed between the Corporation and the Audit Commission) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “Corporation” substitute “ Relevant Authority ”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “Corporation” substitute “ Housing Corporation ”.
