13N.I.In Article 8(3) of the Criminal Damage (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 for “The Police (Property) Act 1897” there shall be substituted “ Section 31 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 ” and for “that Act” there shall be substituted “ that section ”.
