6In paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 1 to the M1Nursery Education and Grant-Maintained Schools Act 1996 (registration of nursery education inspectors), at the end there shall be added—E+W
“and no person shall be so registered if he falls within a category of persons prescribed for the purposes of this sub-paragraph.”
