C113Exclusion of certain statutory provisions

Regulations made by virtue of subsection (2) or (3) of section 19 of the Education Act 2002 (governing bodies) shall not apply in relation to the interim executive board.

The instrument of government of the school shall not, so far as it relates to the constitution of the governing body, have effect in relation to the interim executive board.
