9In section 9 of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976 (application to continental shelf), for “section 23 of the Oil and Gas (Enterprise) Act 1982” there shall be substituted “section 11 of the Petroleum Act 1998”.
