26 U.K. In section 1 of the Petroleum Royalties (Relief) and Continental Shelf Act 1989 (royalty exemption: Southern Basin and landward areas), in the definition of “petroleum” in subsection (3), for “the said Act of 1934” there shall be substituted “ Part I of the Petroleum Act 1998 ”.
