18In section 1 of the Petroleum Royalties (Relief) Act 1983 (royalty exemption for petroleum from certain new offshore fields), in the definition of “petroleum” in subsection (3), for “the said Act of 1934” there shall be substituted “Part I of the Petroleum Act 1998”.
