3In section 2 of the Miscellaneous Financial Provisions Act 1968 (Northern Ireland and Isle of Man shares of revenue from continental shelf), in subsection (5) for the words following “under” there shall be substituted “section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1998 by virtue of subsection (2)(b) of that section”.
