120In subsection (5) of section 13 of that Act (power to apply Act to additional tribunals and to repeal or amend certain provisions)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “35(a) and (d)” there shall be substituted “35(d)”; and
(b)paragraph (b) shall cease to have effect.
