64Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“supervised release order” has the same meaning as in section 209 of the 1995 Act (supervised release orders);
“the 1984 Act” means the [1984 c. 36.] Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984;
“the 1986 Act” means the [1986 c. 47.] Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986;
“the 1989 Act” means the [1989 c. 45.] Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989;
“the 1993 Act” means the [1993 c. 9.] Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993;
“the 1995 Act” means the [1995 c. 46.] Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.
