The Patents Act 1977 (c. 37) U.K.

2 U.K. In section 56(4)(a) of the Patents Act 1977, for the words from “provision of” to “Isle of Man” substitute “provision of—

(i) pharmaceutical services, general medical services or general dental services under Part II of the M1 National Health Service Act 1977, Part II of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, or the corresponding provisions of the law in force in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man, or

(ii) personal medical services or personal dental services provided in accordance with arrangements made under section 28C of the 1977 Act, section 17C of the 1978 Act, or the corresponding provisions of the law in force in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man”.
