1Notwithstanding their repeal by this Act, sections 33, 35 to 47, 49 to 51 and 65 of the 1991 Act shall, so far as applicable and subject to the following provisions of this Schedule, continue to have effect in relation to persons sentenced to determinate sentences of imprisonment for offences committed before the commencement of Chapter I of Part II of this Act.
