Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (c. 4)
14In sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (exemption from exclusion orders), for the words “section 67 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967” there shall be substituted the words “section 9 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997”.
