Duty of directors to prepare annual business statement
31In subsection (2) of section 74 of the 1986 Act (duty of directors to prepare annual business statement), for the words “subsidiary undertakings or associated bodies”, in both places where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “connected undertakings”.
