In paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 (electoral arrangements for certain parish councils), for “or Part II of the Local Government Act 1992” in each place it appears there is substituted “ of this Act, Part II of the Local Government Act 1992 or Part II of the Local Government and Rating Act 1997 ”.
