3In section 4 of the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (jurisdiction in respect of certain offences committed outside the United Kingdom), in subsections (4) and (5) for “and the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983” there shall be substituted “, the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 and the United Nations Personnel Act 1997”.
