Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 (c. 18)
4In section 3 of the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 (supplementary provision about proceedings for offences under that Act), in subsections (1) and (2) for “and the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978” there shall be substituted “, the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 and the United Nations Personnel Act 1997”.
