Internationally Protected Persons Act 1978 (c. 17)
2In section 2 of the Internationally Protected Persons Act 1978 (supplementary provision about proceedings for offences under that Act), in subsections (1) and (2) for “and the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983” there shall be substituted “, the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983 and the United Nations Personnel Act 1997”.
