45In section 121(1) of the Capital Allowances Act 1990, in the definition of “the relevant planning enactment”, for “section 275(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “section 277(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997”.
