In section 28(6) of the Finance Act 1931, for “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997”.

In paragraph (viii) of Schedule 2 to that Act, for “section 31(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “section 36(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997”.
