3U.K.The temporary stopping up or diversion of any highway under paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 to this Act shall not affect any right of [F1an operator] under [F2Part 8] of the [F3electronic communications code] in respect of any apparatus which at the time of the stopping up or diversion is in the highway.
