Confirmation of certain decisions of governing body
15Paragraph 16(1) of Schedule 8 to this Act does not apply to any decision taken before the commencement of this Act, and section 8(11) of the [1986 c. 31.] Education (No. 2) Act 1986 shall continue to apply to any such decision falling within section 8(12) as if this Act had not been passed.
