99 U.K. In section 76 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (duty to draw attention to certain provisions for benefit of disabled) for subsection (3) there is substituted—

“(3) Expressions used in subsection (1)(e) and in the Education Act 1996 have the same meanings as in that Act.”
