The chairman of the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority, or a representative of his, shall be entitled to attend and take part in deliberations (but not in decisions) at meetings of the Authority or of any committee of the Authority.

The Authority shall provide the chairman of the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority with such copies of any documents distributed to members of the Authority or of any such committee as he may require.

The validity of the Authority’s proceedings shall not be affected by a vacancy among the members or any defect in the appointment of a member.

Subject to the preceding provisions of this Schedule, the Authority may regulate their own procedure and that of any of their committees.
