13(1)This paragraph applies in any case where there is a relevant transfer of property which is, for the purposes of [F1Part 3 of the Capital Allowances Act (industrial buildings allowances)], the relevant interest in relation to any expenditure incurred on the construction of a building or structure.U.K.
(2)Where this paragraph applies, the Secretary of State may by order make provision specifying, as respects the transferee,—
(a)the amount which is to be taken for the purposes of [F2Part 3 of the Capital Allowances Act] to be the amount of the capital expenditure incurred on the construction of the building or structure; and
(b)the date which is to be taken for the purposes of that Part as the date on which the building or structure was first used.
(3)This paragraph shall not have effect in relation to any property if paragraph 12(3) has effect in relation to it.
