The Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1989 (c. 4) U.K.

[F2 8 In paragraph 7(4) of Schedule 3 (supervision of detention and examination powers), for the words “sections 44 and 45 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991” there shall be substituted the words “ sections 46 and 47 of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996 ”].
