Local Government Act 1992 (c. 19) E+W+S

44 E+W+S In section 17(6) of the Local Government Act 1992 for “at the commencement of section 1 of the Police and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1994” there shall be substituted “ on 1st April 1995 ”.
