26 U.K. In Schedule 5 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (offices to which retirement provisions apply), at the end there shall be added the following entry—

“Chairman or other member of a reserve forces appeal tribunal constituted under Part IX of the Reserve Forces Act 1996”.
