14 Interpretation of Part II.

In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

  • “the review date”, in relation to a statutory review notice, has the meaning given by section 10(2) of this Act;

  • “statutory review notice” has the meaning given by section 10(1) of this Act.
