In paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Electricity Act 1989 (other powers etc. of licence holders)—
a
in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for the words “under the control of a public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “
operated by a public gas transporter
”

in sub-paragraph (2), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “
public gas transporter
”
