83U.K.In subsection (3) of section 11 of the Timeshare Act 1992 (prosecution time limit), for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
