66 U.K. In subsection (4) of section 203 of the Financial Services Act 1986, for the words “section 74 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 70 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
