65U.K.In subsection (5) of section 111 of the Building Societies Act 1986, for the words “section 331(3) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136(3) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
