28U.K.In subsection (7) of section 19 of the Competition Act 1980, in paragraph (b) for the words “section 289B of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 225(8) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
