16In subsection (1) of section 37 of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978, for the words “sections 14 and 323 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “section 47 of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1975”.
