15 U.K. In subsection (3) of section 2 of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 for the words “section 462(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 307(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
