Marriage (Scotland) Act 1977 (c. 15) S

14 S In subsection (3) of section 24 of the Marriage (Scotland) Act 1977 for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 (date of commencement of summary proceedings)” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (time limit for certain offences) ”.
