25 U.K.In subsection (4) of section 5 of the Isle of Man Act 1979, for the words “section 462(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 307(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
