13 U.K. In subsection (2) of section 12 of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1976 for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
