21U.K.In subsection (1) of section 27 of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979, in the definition of “the prescribed sum”, in paragraph (b) for the words from “section 289B” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted the words “ subsection (8) of section 225 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (£5,000 or other sum substituted by order under subsection (4) of that section) ”.
