22U.K.In subsection (1) of section 31 of the Credit Unions Act 1979, in the definition of “statutory maximum”, in paragraph (b) for the words from “section 289B” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted the words “ subsection (8) of section 225 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
